How Card Crush Works

Card Crush starts with collectible cards. Mystery Boxes can contain cards of different rarities as well as Mystery Coins, giving players a way to grow both their collection and their playable balance. The card side of the platform drives progression, while Mystery Coins are used across casino-style games and live table games.

Unlike older dual-currency models, Card Crush uses a single currency called Mystery Coins. Once Mystery Coins have been played through at least once in an applicable game, they become Eligible Mystery Coins and may be used for prize withdrawal, subject to the platform rules and verification requirements.

Cards, Battles, and Mystery Boxes

Each player builds a deck of five unique cards for battle. A match runs for up to five rounds, and the first player to win three rounds takes the battle. In each round, the card with the higher Power wins. If Power is tied, Speed decides the round, and if both are tied, Team Initiative is used as the next tiebreaker.

Cards are grouped by rarity: Common, Rare, Epic, and Legendary. All cards start at Level 1, and duplicates are applied toward upgrades over time. Upgrading a card improves its strength and helps you build a more competitive deck for daily battles and tournament play.

Cards stay in your collection, but tournament use is seasonal. New cards are released for a season, remain playable during that season, and then stay visible in your account collection after retirement even though they can no longer be used in tournaments once the season ends.

Mystery Coins, Eligible Mystery Coins, and Prize Withdrawals

Mystery Coins are the platform’s central currency. They can be collected through gameplay, Mystery Boxes, and ongoing progression systems. To become withdrawable, they must first be played once in an applicable game. After that, they are treated as Eligible Mystery Coins.

Customers with at least 75 Eligible Mystery Coins can request a cash prize, and customers with at least 10 Eligible Mystery Coins can request a gift card prize. In both cases, the stated conversion is $1.00 USD per Eligible Mystery Coin. Withdrawal requests are made through the Withdraw option while logged in to the account.

Prize withdrawals are subject to operational limits and review. Card Crush states that it processes one prize withdrawal request every 48 hours, cash withdrawals may take up to 10 days, payments above $2,500 may take longer, and daily prize withdrawals may be limited to $10,000. The rules also state that Card Crush may charge a processing fee at its discretion, capped at reasonably estimated payment-processing costs.

If a customer closes an account without meeting the withdrawal requirements, or holds fewer than the minimum Eligible Mystery Coins needed for a prize request, no prize is available for those remaining coins. The rules also note that chargebacks can cancel pending withdrawals and may lead to suspension or termination of the account.

Prize Type Requirement Value
Cash Prize 75 Eligible Mystery Coins $1.00 per Eligible Mystery Coin
Gift Card Prize 10 Eligible Mystery Coins $1.00 per Eligible Mystery Coin

For full thresholds, timing, and conditions, read the prize withdrawal rules.

Verification Before Prize Withdrawal

Before a prize withdrawal can be completed, Card Crush may require KYC verification. This can include government-issued photo identification, biometric facial scan recognition, proof of address, and SSN validation. Prize eligibility is not final until Card Crush completes its own review and confirms compliance with the applicable rules.

The platform’s help materials say verification is handled through the My Account section. Standard guidance indicates that players should upload a photo ID, a clear selfie, and proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement showing full name, address, and a date within the last 90 days. Verification may take up to 48 hours.

For prize withdrawals, Card Crush also requires the name on the payment method to match the name on the Customer Account, and it states that prizes are paid only to a bank account held in the customer’s name, subject to additional review where needed.

Document What to Provide
Photo ID Government-issued identification
Selfie Clear current selfie for identity confirmation
Proof of Address Recent utility bill or bank statement within the last 90 days
SSN Validation May be required as part of withdrawal verification

Payments, Purchases, and Common Billing Issues

Card Crush currently accepts Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards. American Express is not accepted. The platform also explains that the CVV is the three-digit card security code used to help protect online transactions.

If a card is declined, Card Crush advises customers to confirm that online purchases are enabled and to contact their bank if necessary. If a purchase does not appear right away, the first suggested step is to refresh the browser. If the issue continues, Customer Service may ask for the purchase date, amount, confirmation email, order number, or transaction ID.

When a charge looks incorrect, the platform tells users to contact Customer Service before opening a dispute. The help content warns that false disputes may lead to investigation and other account consequences, and the withdrawal rules state that chargebacks can stop pending prize withdrawals. Purchases may appear on statements as “Card Crush” or “Vision NL Limited.”

Loyalty Club and Player Progression

The Loyalty Club is built around continued play and account activity. As players compete and keep progressing, they move through seven levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Ruby, Diamond, and Black Diamond. Lower tiers are maintained for one month, while higher tiers are maintained for three months.

The platform describes Loyalty Club benefits as including weekly Mystery Coin drops, discounted Mystery Boxes, and exclusive offers. The idea is straightforward: the more active you are, the stronger your progression path becomes, and the more benefits you unlock over time.

Club Area Details
Levels Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Ruby, Diamond, Black Diamond
Lower Tier Duration 1 month
Higher Tier Duration 3 months

Casino-Style Games and Live Table Games

Card Crush also gives players access to hundreds of casino-style games. The platform’s materials describe live table games with real dealers, streamed in real time, alongside a wider game library available through the same account ecosystem.

image

The FAQ materials state that game outcomes rely on certified RNG for fair and random results, and they explain game volatility as the balance between win size and win frequency. That helps players understand the difference between steadier sessions and games with less frequent but larger swings.

Account Basics, Balance, and Access

When a user logs into a Customer Account, the MC balance is displayed in the upper-right corner of the screen. The terms also state that MCs automatically expire after 60 consecutive days without account access.

Card Crush materials also explain that the site is browser-based and can be used on mobile web browsers. The platform does not currently position itself as a dedicated iOS or Android app in the materials provided here.

For account access and legal conditions, review the terms of service and the privacy policy.

Support and Help

Customer Support is available 24/7 through the Contact Us page, and platform guidance says response times may vary depending on inquiry volume and can take up to 48 hours. For payment-related queries, the support phone line is +1 (360) 234-3423.

If a game feels slow or glitchy, Card Crush recommends clearing browser cache and cookies. If a game freezes, the support FAQ suggests checking device performance, closing unused apps or tabs, updating the operating system, and contacting Customer Service with details or screenshots if the issue continues.

The platform also includes a Time Out feature. Users can pause access for 7, 14, or 30 days, during which the account is inaccessible and then automatically reactivates after the selected period.
